The BEAT project  is organized into four key activities:

ACT 1

To make this project successful, the team must first focus on strong project management. This means setting clear rules for how the group works together and ensuring there is a plan for high-quality results from the very beginning. This early stage is the most important part of the process because it builds the foundation for everything that follows. During this time, the team maps out the schedule, decides how to spend the budget, and sets specific goals to track progress. Additionally, they look ahead to find potential risks or problems so they can handle them before they cause any trouble. By planning carefully now, the partners can collaborate better and keep the project moving smoothly toward the finish line.

ACT 2

Young people will gather in Palermo for a three-day music workshop focused on teamwork and inclusion. During this training, they will learn from experts how to adapt music for different needs and use better communication strategies to make everyone feel welcome in a choir. Before the event, the team will collect the best examples of music teaching from across Europe, and after the workshop, these ideas will be turned into an Educational Toolkit. Finally, the participants will take what they learned back to their own countries to lead their own music sessions.

ACT 3

The project ends with a big concert in Zaragoza where participants show off everything they learned. This special performance is designed so everyone can enjoy it, using sign language interpreters and visual aids to engage all the senses. Musicians from the previous workshops will perform together to prove how music can be truly inclusive. To spread the word even further, other partners will hold their own events in different countries to share the results of this performance.

ACT 4

This part of the project focuses on tracking progress and sharing the results with the world. By using a documentary, social media, and European websites, the team ensures that the work reaches as many people as possible. To make sure the project has a big and lasting impact, every partner will also host a local event to celebrate what has been achieved. These activities happen from start to finish to keep the quality high and make sure the project’s success continues long after it ends.
